INVEST IN 1UP STATS
1UP Stats is a progression-based performance platform where coaches create real training programs and athletes turn completed workouts into XP, levels, skills, quests, and character progression.
We are combining coach-created programming, short workout-video submissions, trainer feedback, and game-inspired progression to make training more engaging, visible, and rewarding.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Coaches know how to build effective programs. The harder problem is getting athletes, students, clients, and players to consistently complete the work between sessions, practices, and competitions.
Most fitness and coaching platforms focus on schedules, checklists, logs, and dashboards. They help organize training, but they do not always create a strong reason for users to return.
Games make effort visible through XP, levels, skills, rewards, quests, identity, and achievement. 1UP applies those mechanics to real-world training.
Trainers create the program. Participants complete real activities. The effort powers progression inside an interactive game experience.
THE PRODUCT
WHY 1UP
1UP does not simply place points and badges on top of a workout tracker. Completed training contributes directly to the player’s larger game journey.
Trainers, coaches, teachers, and performance leaders create the programs. 1UP provides the engagement and progression layer around their expertise.
Participants can submit short workout videos, giving trainers more context than a simple completion checkbox.
The same platform can support esports wellness, athletic development, fitness coaching, youth programs, sports academies, and skill-based training.
CURRENT STAGE
1UP has operational trainer and trainee experiences across iOS and Android, including program creation, access codes, workout submissions, trainer feedback, XP, skills, quests, and boss encounters.
The iOS application has been submitted to the App Store to reduce TestFlight friction and make onboarding easier for testers, pilot partners, coaches, and investors.
1UP is preparing structured pilots with a university esports program and a collegiate athletic department.
Early users are helping evaluate onboarding, workout completion, video submission, progression, usability, and repeat engagement.
GO-TO-MARKET
1UP is entering through organizations where training, accountability, digital identity, and progression already matter.
Esports provides a natural entry point because players already understand XP, progression, quests, teamwork, and digital identity.
Athletic programs can use 1UP for supplemental development, offseason assignments, wellness initiatives, and training outside scheduled practice.
Independent coaches can build programs, review submissions, and provide an experience that feels more interactive than a traditional training app.
Schools can use 1UP to connect movement, technology, creativity, wellness, athletics, and student engagement.
BUSINESS MODEL
1UP is being developed as a B2B platform for schools, teams, facilities, academies, trainers, and performance organizations. Organizations gain access to the trainer tools and participant experience, while athletes and users interact with the platform through the mobile game.
Subscription plans may be structured around program size, number of users, trainer access, and organizational needs.
Early pilots are intended to validate engagement, workflow, program fit, and the conditions required for longer-term institutional adoption.
Potential future revenue opportunities may include premium game content, expanded analytics, trainer tools, organization-level reporting, and additional progression environments.

FOUNDING TEAM
1UP Stats was founded by brothers with experience in professional athletics, coaching, youth development, education, business, and technology. The platform grew from a simple question:
What would happen if real-world training felt as visible, rewarding, and compelling as progression inside a video game?
LONG-TERM VISION
1UP is building toward a future where athletes, players, students, coaches, and organizations can connect real-world development to a persistent progression experience.
The long-term opportunity is larger than a workout app or a coaching dashboard. It is a platform where identity, progress, feedback, and achievement move with the user across programs and environments.
The game is not placed on top of the workout. The workout powers the game.
