PROGRESSION-BASED TRAINING
1UP is a progression-based performance platform where real-world training powers an interactive video game. Coaches create programs, athletes complete and upload short workout videos, and verified effort becomes XP, levels, skills, quests, and boss battles.
WHERE TRAINING MEETS GAMING
Traditional fitness platforms depend on users logging workouts and staying motivated on their own. 1UP transforms training into a progression loop built around real effort, coach accountability, immediate rewards, and game-inspired advancement.
Trainers create exercises, workouts, and structured programs designed around their athletes, teams, students, or clients.
Users complete real-world workouts and record or upload short videos as proof of participation.
Trainers review submissions, rate performance, and provide written or video feedback inside the platform.
Completed training earns XP, levels, skill points, abilities, quests, rewards, and access to new game experiences.
Build healthier performance habits, reinforce accountability, and make team wellness more engaging through game-based progression.
Deliver coach-created development programs and create a more engaging way for athletes to complete training outside scheduled practices.
Organize drills, review athlete submissions, provide feedback, and reward consistent development across teams and age groups.
Give trainers a system for delivering programs while giving clients a more interactive reason to stay active and return.
Create structured wellness and performance experiences that connect movement, technology, creativity, and student engagement.
Build programs, share access codes, review client submissions, and turn coaching into an interactive progression experience.

OUR VISION
1UP is building a platform that helps competitive programs make participation, accountability, wellness, and development more engaging. We believe real-world effort should feel visible, rewarding, and connected to a larger journey.
The game is not placed on top of the workout. The workout powers the game.
We are currently speaking with esports programs, athletic departments, schools, facilities, coaches, and trainers interested in early pilot opportunities.
